Anyone remember the 2008 film Valkyrie,Japan starring Tom Cruise?

Probably not a question you expected to be asked today of all days...in 2017. But the film, which takes place during World War II, has made it's way back into the cultural dialogue -- and not because of anything happening in politics. No, no. It has everything to do with Tom Cruise's booty in a single shot of the film.

The person who discovered this clearly believes Cruise is wearing a fake butt for safety purposes during the stunt.

There are many who agree with him, but there are plenty of other theories as well. Some people on Reddit think it is in fact a CGI butt. That isn't impossible, but it does raise the question...why would that be necessary?

And then there are the people who are giving the actor a whole lot of credit for just being in amazing shape.

It's a stretch. I mean do we really know if Tom Cruise skips leg day?

It really all comes back to the safety pads for the stunt. Further evidence includes Toby Maguire in a similar backside situation in Spiderman.
