But a recent tweet from the President -- in which he referred to former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman as a "crazed, crying lowlife" and a "dog" — has angered the horror master more than usual.

A day later, that tweet is still up. And despite the variety of responses criticising Trump's use of the word "dog" — which included tweets from republican senators — the president's original tweet has still been favourited over 81,000 times.
On Wednesday, Stephen King took to Twitter to post his own response:

King's tweet has received around 9,000 retweets in the first few hours since it was posted.
Many people echoed his sentiments in their replies.

Others, meanwhile, suggested the response might be indicative of an overall trend towards "fatigue" at Trump's tweets.

Based on the amount of engagement King's tweet has had so far, though, it seems there are still plenty of people out there with some outrage left in them.
