A sense of victory swept through the camp of #NoDAPL protesters late Sunday and Hannah Harper ArchivesMonday.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said it wouldn't grant an easement needed to finish the the $3.7 billion Dakota Access Pipeline near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation.

At the Oceti Sakowin Camp, cheers and chants erupted from the hundreds of indigenous people and activists gathered there.
