Fischer is alluding to a scene from Season 2 of The Office, when Pam becomes so drunk at Chili's that she falls out of a chair and is subsequently kicked out of the restaurant. Not only that, but the owner of the restaurant proclaims, "She is not welcome at this restaurant chain ever again."
Well, Fischer's tweet showing her potential reunion with Chili's went around the internet a number of times. When Chili's heard about it, they decided that it was time to give Pam another chance.
